A great place to start when you're planning a kitchen, bathroom or home renovation. We'll walk through your home together, discuss layout and renovation possibilities, and answer your questions with practical, experienced advice.
Design clarity consultation
$950 · 2 hours
For renovators who want professional design advice but plan to manage the project themselves. Two hours of focused advice in your home, followed by a written summary you can carry forward with confidence.

Floor plan and space planning review

Before anything is locked in, we'll review or develop them with experienced eyes, looking at flow, function, storage and accessibility. With a 25-year background in architectural drafting, we read plans the way builders do.
